My career is built on over a decade of high-stakes, practical experience in IT Project and Program Management, navigating complex delivery environments in both finance and outsourcing. I began my journey with five years in the banking sector, mastering the discipline required for mission-critical, highly regulated projects where precision and reliability are non-negotiable. This foundation gave me an expert understanding of operational rigor, risk management, and stakeholder accountability.
I then transitioned this expertise into the fast-paced world of outsourcing and professional services, where I have spent the last five-plus years. This is where I truly honed the ability to manage distributed teams, balance client demands with internal capacity, and build scalable delivery capabilities. Currently, I serve as a Senior Program Manager at Luxoft, one of the industry's leading global technology providers.

Lecture
A concise, high-impact talk that is immediately blended with live cases brought by the participants. We move quickly from introducing core ideas to applying them to your team's real situations. Case Study Session

We use the rigorous Cynefin framework to go beyond assumptions: we sense the true problem type (complex, complicated, etc.), match the appropriate approach, and define clear next steps. Hands-on, collaborative group work conducted in a digital space like Miro, leveraging structured tools like scenario planning and organizational design patterns. We don't just discuss change; the group actively aligns on a target vision for the team or unit and immediately defines the first strategic moves to get there. The outcome is a visual plan complete with owners, timelines, and simple follow-up mechanisms to ensure momentum.
